  3. Preheat grill to high temperature.
  4. Turn off one of the burners.
  5. Clean the grill racks and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

  7. Cook covered for about 30 minutes.
  8. Turn the bird over and cook for another 30 minutes.
  9. The bird is done and ready when the meat juices run clear on being cut.
  10. Let poultry cool down prior to serving.
