  4. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Preheat the grill to medium temperature.
  7. Add a dollop of butter to the grates.
  8. Once the butter melts, place the pumpkin pieces on the grill.
  9. Grill for about 4 to 5 minutes before turning the pieces over.
  10. Grill the other side also for about 5 minutes.
  11. Pumpkin is grilled and ready when a fork slides into the flesh easily.




Tips to Cook Pumpkin

  • Be careful while handling hot grilled pumpkin pieces since they can ooze hot juice.
  • If the middle is hard even after grilling for about 5 minutes on each side, cook for an addition 2 to 3 minutes until pumpkin softens.
  • For a variety, try different marinades.
  • Pumpkin can be grilled with the skins too.
