How to Can Lemon Butter

Canning Butter was inspired by a youtuber, who asked me how to can butter. So I found an old recipe by END TIMES REPORTER and made this video. 15 lbs of butter made 21 pints of canned butter. The lady who posted this recipe stated, her butter was still good after 5 years, but we decided to make lemon butter, because adding citric acid to our butter, and yes the oil, and lemon fused together in the canning process, because of the concern about Botulism.
