This is a great recipe from Master Chef of India, Sanjeev Kapoor.This is a biryani recipe where the meat is cooked first and then layered with rice.However you could also try the more authentic way of cooking biryani called the Kacche Biryani-here the meat is raw and the parboiled rice and the meat are cooked together.The secret..the juices of the meat add flavour to the rice..catch the same chef's recipe on www.sanjeevkapoor.com.
