Instructions On Cooking T-bone Steaks In Oven
Step 1: Coat the t-bone steaks with red wine vinegar and then with vegetable oil by using a basting brush. Place the T-bone steak on a broiler tray.
Step 2: In a small blow mix together 1 tsp. of salt, 1 tsp. of black pepper and 1 tsp. of dried, crushed basil. Dust half of the mixture over the top of the t-bone steak.
Step 3: Next, set the oven to broil and put the broiler tray inside the oven. For about 5minture broil one side of the T-bone steak and then flip the steak over. Dust the other side of the T-bone steak with the remaining seasoning and put it in the broiler again.
Step 4: Set the oven for 5 more minutes and broil. Then take away the broiler tray and tent the steak with aluminum foil for 10 more minutes. This is the last stage of cooking.
Step 5: Take away the aluminum foil and place the T-bone steak to a plate. Serve right away; this will prevent the steak from being drying out.
