Yams are a great alternative to eating potatoes. Here is Jon Ham and Julieanna Hever creating a tasty and healthy Yam dish. Yams are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. They are also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium and Manganese. In this dish, Jon and Julieanna sprinkle cinnamon to the sliced yams and add pineapple slices to the yams before baking. Then, they add orange juice to the dish and bake in the convection oven for over 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
