Orange cookie is a fresh and flavorful cookie that is made from orange rind and orange juice. Flour, eggs, shortening, sugar and salt are the usual ingredients of orange cookies. Orange cookies are great to serve in summer with a pitcher of iced tea. Orange cookies may or may not use frosting. Some variations of recipe also make use of sour cream.
