Chocolate marshmallow cookies are baked cookies that have either been stuffed with or topped with marshmallows. A cookie batter made with eggs, flour, butter, sugar and cocoa is spooned on a baking try and half baked, it is then topped with a marshmallow slice and set in the oven again to bake completely. The cooled baked cookies are then iced with a chocolate icing and served. Common chocolate marshmallow cookie varieties are chocolate marshmallow melt away cookies, stuffed chocolate marshmallow cookies, etc.
