Coconut Oatmeal Drops

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Confectioner's sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Best flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best Flour - Regular Or Instant Blending)
  Instant nonfat dry milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flaked coconut 7 Ounce (2 2/3 Cup)
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped diamond walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs in mixing bowl until well blended.
Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract; beat well.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes until light golden brown.
