Coconut Oatmeal Drops
|Confectioner's sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Best flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best Flour - Regular Or Instant Blending)|
|Instant nonfat dry milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||7 Ounce (2 2/3 Cup)|
|Quick-cooking rolled oats||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped diamond walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat eggs in mixing bowl until well blended.
Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract; beat well.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes until light golden brown.
