Frosted Cookie Favorite
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Soft Ones)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Undiluted)|
|Flour||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), unsifted|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Zucchini||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Not Shredded)|
Mix margarine and sugars; beat.
Add eggs; mix well.
Stir in canned milk and vanilla.
Mix flour and soda together; stir in.
Chill 1 hour.
Stir in zucchini, mixing well.
Drop from tablespoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Â° for 8 to 10 minutes, until delicately brown.
Do not over bake.
While warm, frost and garnish with pieces of nut.
