Layered Cookie Pudding
|Cookies||4 , coarsely crumbled|
|Non dairy whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Cool Whip)|
|Cold milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant pudding and pie filling||1 (1 Package Of Four Serving Size Of Jell-O, Any Flavor)|
Gently fold cookies into whipped topping.
Pour cold milk into bowl.
Add pudding mix.
With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour half of the pudding into individual dessert glasses.
Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of the whipped topping mixture over pudding in glasses.
Spoon remaining pudding over whipped topping mixture.
Garnish with additional whipped topping and halved cookies or whole strawberries, if desired.
