Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients
  Egg whites 4
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chocolate 2 Ounce, melted (2 squares)
  Shredded coconut 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 325F degrees
MAKING
2.In a bowl, beat egg whites with cold water until stiff but not dry
3.Beat in sugar and vanilla
4.Add salt and flour and blend carefully
5.Fold in melted chocolate and coconut
6.Drop from teaspoon onto heavy paper on baking sheet
7.Last, bake in slow oven for 2 5 to 30 minutes
SERVING
8.Serve with coffee
