|Soft butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla and mix well.
Blend in flour and nuts.
Shape dough into small rolls, 1/2 inch in diameter and 1 inch long.
Bend slightly to make a crescent shape.
Bake at 375°F about 15 minutes.
Cool slightly and roll in icing sugar.
Cool completely and roll in sugar again before storing.
