Cookie Cream Sundae
|Chocolate chip cookies||6|
|Fresh cream||100 Gram, chilled (1/2 cup)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Mango pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh)|
1 In a bowl, add the cream along with 2 tbsp sugar and vanilla essence.
2 Whisk until the mixture doubles in volume and forms soft peaks.
3 Keep aside.
4 In another bowl, mix together the remaining sugar with 1/4 cup of water.
5 Keep aside.
6 Crumble the cookies.
7 In every serving glass, put two cookies each.
8 Sprinkle some sugar water over it.
9 Spoon some cream over the cookies.
10 Garnish with wafer biscuits and serve immediately.
