Crispy Peanut Brittle

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw shelled peanuts 125 Gram
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Soda bicarbonate 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1.
Grease baking tray heavily.
2.
Combine sugar and corn syrup in large casserole dish.
Stir in peanuts.
3.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on HIGH, stirring twice.
4.
Stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy.
5.
Quickly pour onto prepared baking tray.
Spread as thinly as possible.
6.
Cool; break into pieces.
