Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

A deliciously inexpensive gift to make in your kitchen - double chocolate peanut butter bark.
Ingredients
  White chocolate chips 18 Ounce (1 Pound Plus 2 Ounce)
  Bittersweet chocolate 8 Ounce
  Chunky peanut butter 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Prepare a rimmed baking sheet by buttering it and covering with parchment paper.

I a large bowl, combine 1 pound of chocolate chips with peanut butter. Place the bittersweet chocolate and the remaining 2 oz. chocolate chips in individual bowls. Place all three bowls on three saucepans with simmering water and melt.

Spread the chocolate/peanut butter on the parchment paper with a rubber spatula. Using a spoon drop melted bittersweet chocolate on peanut butter. Marble it with the tip of a sharp knife. Repeat with the melted white chocolate chips.

Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into pieces. Layer between wax paper when packaging. Enjoy!
