Double Orange Whip
|Ginger ale||7 Fluid Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Orange gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell O)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs), cold|
Bring ginger ale to a boil.
Add gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add orange juice.
Place bowl of gelatin in larger bowl of ice and water, stir until slightly thickened.
Whip with rotarybeater or electric mixer until fluffy and thick, and about double in volume.
Spoon info individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set at least 30 minutes.
