Almond Butter Cookies
|Fruit sugar/Fine sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Sifted all-purpose flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Blanched and chopped almonds/Blanched and chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Pound|
Cream butter, add sugar gradually.
Add beaten egg then sifted flour and almonds.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400F.
