Lacy Almond Cookies
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped peeled almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Knead all ingredients into a firm ball shape into marble-sized balls.
Arrange far apart on buttered cookie sheet.
Flatten lightly with knife dipped in cold water.
Bake at 375Â° until golden brown; cool on the sheet and remove with spatula
