Sesame Seed Aniseed Cookies

Ingredients
  Aniseed 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Boiling water 2 Tablespoon
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Soak aniseed in boiling water for several minutes.
Drain cream butter and sugar together; beat 1 egg into butter mixture with aniseed; sift in flour and baking soda.
Blend to form a dough; wrap in foil.
Chill for 8 hours, or overnight.
Shape into small balls; beat remaining egg; brush on cookies.
Sprinkle with sesame seed; bake at 400° for 7 to 8 minutes
