The cranberry crunch is a oat and coconut baked snack prepared along with cranberry sauce. Combined together and flavored with lemon juice, the cranberry crunch can be baked and served as flavorful and crunchy snacks.
|Quick oats||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Mix first 5 ingredients together, cutting in butter.
Place half of the mixture in a greased 9 x 9 inch pan.
Add whole cranberry sauce with lemon juice.
Add other half of crunch mixture.
Bake at 350Â° for 45 minutes.
