Cornflake Coconut Macaroons
|Brown sugar/White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornflakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Fold in sugar, add flavoring, cornflakes, nutmeats and coconut.
Drop by spoonfuls on well greased sheet.
Bake at 350F 15 to 20 minutes.
