|Butter||250 Milliliter, softened (1 Cup)|
|Granulated sugar||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|All purpose flour||500 Milliliter (2 Cups)|
In large bowl, beat butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour; mix well.
Fill cookie press with batches of dough; press out desired shapes onto chilled ungreased baking sheets.
Decorate, if desired.
Bake in 350Â°F (180Â°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until very lightly browned.
Remove cookies to racks; let cool.
