Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookie

We are making a chewy cinnamon oatmeal cookies. Its easy to make recipe, we need only one bowl. And the cookies taste great and is low in fat.
Ingredients
  Canola oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  Egg 1
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Instant rolled oats 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked
  Mini chocolate chips 4 Tablespoon
  Crispy rice cereal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canola oil cooking spray 1
Directions

Mix canola oil and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, corn syrup, and vanilla extract, and beat well.

Combine flour, skim milk powder, soda and salt. Stir well. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and cereal.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2" (5 cm) apart onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.

Oatmeal cookies are my husband's favourite. He loves them with walnuts and butterscotch chips! YUMMY!
