|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Teaspoon|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cereal flakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Beat egg whites with salt until foamy throughout.
Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating after each addition until all the sugar has been blended with the egg whites.
Add corn sirup and almond extract.
Fold in cereal flakes and coconut.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased heavy paper.
Bake 20 minutes at 325Â°F.
