|Eggs||1 1⁄2 Small, beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)|
|Cake flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat eggs until thick and light.
Add milk and lemon extract and beat in the sugar.
Add flour which has been sifted with the baking powder and salt.
Drop enough dough from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet to make a circle about the size of a quarter.
Bake in a moderate oven (350Â°F.) 16 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
Makes about 55 drops.
