Oatmeal Raisins Macaroons

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Quick cooking oats 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine the vegetable oil, oats and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Let stand, covered, at room temperature for 8 to 10 hours.
Add the vanilla, eggs, flour and salt and mix well.
Stir in the chopped nuts and raisins.
Drop onto cookie sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until done to taste.
