|Cake flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick oatmeal||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cinnamon prune filling||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix together flour, sugar and oatmeal.
Cut in shortening until all ingredients have been blended into a crumbly mass.
Spread half of crumbs into a greased 6xl0 inch baking pan.
Spread with Cinnamon Prune Filling and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Bake in a moderate oven (350Â°F.) 45 minutes.
After baking allow cookies to remain in pan 5 minutes before removing.
When cold cut in 2 inch squares.
