This Banana Cookies recipe is an uncomplicated one which even a toddler can put together. Its easy and takes very little time in preparation. Try this Banana Cookies recipe, there is no way you can go wrong with this recipe.
  Shortening 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Ripe bananas 2 , mashed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Creamy brown sugar frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Cream the shortening and the brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, vanilla and bananas; beat until smooth.
Add a mixture of the salt, baking soda and flour; beat until smooth.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until done to taste.
Remove to a wire rack to cool.
Frost the cooled cookies with Creamy Brown Sugar Frosting.
