|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg whites||4 , beaten|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cake flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Chocolate||2 Ounce, melted|
|Coconut||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
Add cold water to egg whites and beat until stiff but not dry.
Add sugar and vanilla and, continue beating.
Sprinkle salt and flour over egg whites and blend carefully.
Fold in melted chocolate and coconut.
Drop by teaspoons onto smooth brown paper covered cookie sheet.
Bake in slow oven (325Â°F.) 30 minutes.
