Stir-And-Drop Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, lemon zest and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well.
Stir in a mixture of the flour and salt.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
