Sugar Cookies (Pastini Di Zucchero)

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 186 Gram (3/4 cup)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream together butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well.
Sift together baking powder and flour and add to the creamed mixture.
Blend well.
Shape dough into small balls and roll in the sugar mixed with the cinnamon.
Place on a greased cookie tin.
Bake in a 400°F (200°Q oven for about ten minutes.
