Spritz Cookies

Spritz cookies are popular cookies that are made often in America, especially around christmas. Simply baked with flour, butter, eggs and sugar along with vanilla extract, the spritz cookie is a houehold favorite at most families.
Ingredients
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole egg/3 egg yolks 1
  Butter/Margarine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 400°.
Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl.
Put remaining ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Add to flour and mix until smooth.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
Using a cookie press, form into desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
