Almond-Molasses Toppers

Ingredients
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened
  Confectioner's sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix 1/2 cup butter, the molasses, vanilla, 1/4 cup confectioners sugar, the flour and soda until soft dough forms.
Divide dough in half; shape each half into roll, 6 inches long.
Wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
(Can be baked immediately.) Mix 1/3 cup butter, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and the almonds.
Divide mixture in half; shape each half into roll, 6 inches long.
Wrap and chill at least 4 hours.
