|Granulated sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Drained crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cream shortening and sugars together until fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Add pineapple (drained as dry as possible) and sifted dry ingredients.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 375Â° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on racks.
