|Fruit||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Drained Thick, Unsweetened Applesauce, Fresh Pine-Apple Or Unsweetened Stewed Peaches, Cut Fine)|
|Cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Whole wheat flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Oatmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chopped Or Whole)|
Blend honey and oil.
Add egg and fruit.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Stir into fruit mixture.
Dough should be of drop consistency.
If too thick, add more fruit; if too thin, add more flour.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Â° F. until light brown in color, 15 to 20 minutes.
