Lemon-Raisin Drops

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soda 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream butter and sugar; beat in egg, milk, and extract; mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture.
Stir in raisins.
Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool.
Freeze extra cookies.
