Chocolate Drop Cookies
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chocolate||4 Tablespoon, ground|
|Flour||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time and stir.
Add water & vanilla.
Sift and measure flour.
Sift again with chocolate, baking powder and salt.
Add to the first mixture, stirring well.
Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet, 3 apart.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min.
