|Flour||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Cashews||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (In Large Chunks)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Cube)|
|Powdered sugar||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix in order given and drop a rounded tbs.for each cookie as these are large cookies.
Bake at 375 degrees to 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Frost while still warm.
For frosting, brown butter; beat in powdered sugar & vanilla and enough milk to make the right consistency for frosting cookies.
