Viennese Cookies

Viennese cookies are delightfully flavorful cookies that could be served with tea or just by themselves are light snacks. Spiced with cloves and cinnamon and flavored with lemon rinds, the vinennese cookies are baked with chocolate chips brown sugar and butter for a flavor burst.
Ingredients
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sifted flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Soft butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon rind 1 Gram (1 Piece Thin 1 X 0.5)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Blender chop nuts, add to flour in large mixing bowl, add chocolate chips.
Put remaining ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth.
Pour into flour mixture and mix well.
Drop by tea spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
