Snickerdoodles (Cookies)

Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 23 Tablespoon (1 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cream shortening, 1 1/4 cups sugar and eggs together.
Add flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt; add vanilla.
Form dough into small balls, walnut size.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes.
