Speedy coconut macaroons are chewy macaroons made with coconuts and condensed milk, flavored with vanilla. Baked in a jiffy, the coconut macaroons can be made easily with a handful of ingredients and are best served with a tall glass of warm milk.
Mix one 8 ounce package shredded coconut and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk; add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Drop from teaspoon onto well greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake at 350Â° 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly; remove to rack.
