|Honey||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Anise seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Sunflower seeds||1 Cup (16 tbs), hulled|
|Egg whites||6 , stiffly beaten|
|Coconut shreds||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Blend honey, sunflower seeds, coconut shreds and anise.
Fold in egg whites.
If too loose, bind with more coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 300° F. about 30 minutes.
