Whole Wheat Macaroons

Ingredients
  Coconut shreds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy flour 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cardamom seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Egg whites 3
  Whole wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook gently until mixture thickens.
Half-fill oiled muffin pans with batter.
Bake at 325° F. about 30 minutes or until brown.
