|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , hard-cooked|
|Cardamom||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Egg yolks||2 (Raw)|
|Whole wheat flour||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Blend all ingredients together.
Dough should be stiff.
If too thick, add more lemon juice; if too thin, more flour.
Roll out on floured board.
Cut into round shapes and arrange on unoiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° F. for about 10 minutes.
