|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Whole wheat flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Blend oil, honey, egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour.
Dough should be stiff.
If too thick, add unsweetened fruit juice; if too thin, more! flour.
Shape into round, put in to baking sheet.
Bake at 375° R, about 15 minutes, until edges of cookies are brown.
