Christmas Spice Cookies
|Molasses||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger||3⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cinnamon||3⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Clove||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Mace||1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground|
|Milk powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
Blend molasses and oil.
Add rest of ingredients, using hands to mix this stiff dough.
Roll dough very thin.
Cut into fancy shapes on well-floured board.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Â° F.
for 6 to 8 minutes.
These cookies should be made from 2 months to 2 weeks before Christmas to; allow time for them to "ripen."
