Ingredients
  Packed brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Canned pumpkin 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream together brown sugar and shortening in the Bosch bowl.
Add remaining ingredients in the order listed.
Stir together.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake in a 375°F.
Oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool on wire racks, and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
