Jumbo Energy Cookies

  Non fat powdered milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Dry)
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Barley flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Quick Cooking Rolled Oats)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Unsalted)
  Chocolate chip 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl, and set aside.
Cream butter or margarine and peanut butter in the Bosch bowl.
Slowly add honey, and mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients, and mix.
Dough will be stiff.
Place a heaping tablespoon of dough on a greased baking sheet, and spread to a 4 inch circle.
Allow room to expand while baking.
Bake in a 325°F.
Oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
