Sue'S High Protein Cookies
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (or margarine)|
|Cream cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Protein powder||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (any flavor)|
|Whole wheat flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Nuts||2 Cup (32 tbs), finley chopped|
Cream butter or margarine, cream cheese, and sugar in Bosch bowl.
Add protein powder, flour, and nuts.
Roll to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on baking sheets, and bake in a 350°.
For 10 to 12 minutes.
